The confirmed rate for a 12-month lease is Rp125,000,000 per year, plus a 5% reservation fee (credited toward your rent) and a 10% refundable security deposit. Pricing for 1, 3 and 6-month stays is still being finalized — join the priority list for updates.
Yes. Sunrise Villas offers furnished 2-bedroom villas in Teluk Awur, Jepara for flexible 1, 3, 6 and 12-month stays — built for medium- and long-term living, not short nightly stays. If you need something different, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. Sunrise Villas suits work contracts, relocations and business travel, and companies are welcome to arrange a stay on behalf of an employee — the priority list includes a company name field for this. Get in touch via WhatsApp to discuss a corporate booking.

Each villa is furnished and equipped room by room — see the Move-In Ready section above for the confirmed list. The full specification is still subject to final confirmation, and we only list items that have been confirmed.
Basic services include Wi-Fi, water, twice-weekly housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, and security. Electricity is excluded and billed separately.
For guests who want everything handled, Full Services upgrades Basic Services to daily cleaning, full laundry, and electricity included, plus groceries shopped and delivered on your behalf — you cover only the cost of what's purchased. Full Services is Rp5,000,000 per month on top of rent.
Yes — we're currently accepting reservations. For the confirmed 12-month lease, a 5% reservation fee secures your villa and is credited toward your annual rent. Joining the priority list itself is free and requires no payment.
